Shipping Policy
Shipping is free for orders within the United Kindgom consisting of one pair of skiboards and bindings or less.
Please note. Overseas shipping cost DO NOT include full insurance cover against loss, or damage Whilst intransit. if you wish futher insurance cover please contact Exclaim Skiboards Ltd prior to payment.
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £30 to the following countries (for orders of one pair of skiboards and bindings or less): Ireland, France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, Germany, Denmark, Austria, Finland and Sweden.
We will ship to nearly every country in the world, please email us with any requests for shipping costs to your country.
Shipping is done via courier, and orders should arrive within the week.
Return and Refunds Policy
For your complete peace of mind all purchases are covered by our 28 day exchange or refund promise. If you change your mind about a product you have received we will be pleased to offer you an exchange or immediate refund with no hassle. Please note all returns must be unused and in the condition they were received. We recommend the items being returned be sent by insured and trackable delivery for your own protection. Please note all return postage charges are to be met by customer unless returning due to a fault. All of the above does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Please note that ALL returns must be approved in advance (by phone or email), you will be given an RMA number which MUST be quoted on the shipment.
