Revel8 Warranty Statement

Revel8 warrants to the original retail purchaser our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase, and is not transferable. Product purchased from a nonauthorized Revel8 Dealer will not be covered under this warranty. Proof of purchase (i.e. receipt of purchase from authorized Revel8 dealer) must accompany claim. Revel8 obligation under this limited warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of any product or parts thereof, which shall be deemed to be defective, in Revel8's sole and final judgment. Under no circumstances shall Revel8 be held liable for death or injuries to persons, damage to property, or for incidental, contingent or consequential damages or expenses arising from the use of Revel8 products. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, abuse, negligence, impact, repairs or alterations outside of our facility, improper mounting of bindings, or any manner inconsistent with the intended use of the product, and is subject to specific terms and limitations as specified in this document. Specifically, our warranty does not cover: impact damage caused by rails, boxes, other man made objects, rocks, stumps, trees or any contact with a surface other than snow, scratches, chips, cosmetic blemishes or indentations on the top sheet, sidewalls, edges or bases. Revel8 dealers are not authorized to make warranty evaluations and we are not bound by any statements made by such dealers.
Products returned for warranty service shall be inspected by Revel8. If the problem is judged by Revel8 to be due to a factory defect, we will repair, or replace (with an identical or reasonably equivalent product) the product at our expense, or we may elect to refund the purchase price. The purchaser is responsible for binding removal, remounting, and shipping charges to Revel8. If we determine there is no defect resulted from causes not within the scope of this warranty, return of the product will be at the customer’s expense. Replacement products are warranted only for the remainder of the original warranty period.

To make a warranty claim:

Send an email with digital images to info@revel8skiboards.com. Please include the name of the person who purchased the skiboards.
You may be asked to return the skiboards for further evaluation if the digital images are inclusive.

If you're asked to return the skiboard(s) please include:
a. Contact information (name, phone number, email address, and shipping address)
b. Proof of purchase from an authorized Revel8 dealer
